Lead and support corporate real estate transactions across APAC, including acquisitions, disposals, and joint venture investments. Manage all legal aspects of transaction execution, including legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating SPAs, JV agreements, and ancillary documents. Advise on legal matters related to real estate investment activities for a global Fortune 500 client in the financial services sector.
