Japanese Language Trainer (Open for Teacher/Translator)
Design and deliver Japanese language training programs for employee onboarding
Build and implement training plans and programs for Japanese language projects. Design, test, and improve training methods. Conduct training and support onboarding for new employees. Monitor and evaluate learning effectiveness and employee performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Japanese language training plans and programs
- Develop, test, and improve training methodologies
- Conduct training sessions and support new employee onboarding
- Monitor and evaluate employee learning effectiveness and performance
- Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify training requirements
- Manage and store training session data
Requirements
- Japanese language proficiency equivalent to N2 or higher
- English language proficiency at B2 level
- Experience in teaching/training or translation/interpretation
- Customer service experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to design basic training materials
