IT Sysadmin
Manage and automate hardware and kiosk systems across 7000+ locations
Manage and automate the hardware used by employees and the 7000+ self-service key duplicating kiosks deployed across major retailers like Walmart, Kroger, and 7-Eleven. Work with Linux, Windows, macOS, SaltStack, Docker, AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes to ensure reliable operation of IT infrastructure and field devices. Support a fully automated system that enables key duplication at scale through remote monitoring and configuration.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee hardware including Linux, Windows, and macOS systems
- Automate configuration and deployment of 7000+ field kiosks using SaltStack
- Maintain and update Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters for kiosk services
- Provision and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform for scalability
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across distributed locations
- Ensure reliability and uptime of self-service key duplication kiosks in retail environments
Requirements
- Experience with Linux system administration
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments
- Knowledge of SaltStack for configuration management
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services
- Ability to use Terraform for infrastructure as code
