Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 technical support for end-users via onsite, remote, email, and ticketing channels
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding including device setup and Microsoft 365 configuration
- Support installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, printers, and VPNs
- Assist in managing IT assets including inventory tracking, software installation, and warranty records
- Support application management activities such as incident resolution, service requests, and basic bug fixing
- Assist with project documentation, timelines, meeting minutes, and status updates for IT initiatives
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals or programming concepts
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing, or debugging
