IT Solution Delivery Specialist

The IT Solution Delivery Specialist analyzes business requirements and maps them to technical solutions for the core car rental platform. They manage system stability, coordinate with infrastructure and development teams, and handle change requests, releases, incidents, and vendor management to ensure system availability and support business growth across corporate, retail, and used car segments.

Manage system stability by coordinating with infrastructure and development teams

Perform root cause analysis on system incidents and coordinate rapid resolution
Manage outsourced vendors to ensure SLA compliance and quality standards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or related field
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Waterfall and Agile
Ability to write basic SQL queries to check database data
Experience with API integration and microservices is beneficial
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Draw.io
