Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for the App integrating multiple service verticals
- Translate business requirements and customer needs into clear user stories and product specifications
- Manage the product backlog, lead sprint planning, and ensure engineering delivers maximum value per release
- Monitor key product metrics such as MAU, DAU, retention rate, conversion, and ARPU
- Conduct user research and leverage data analytics to drive feature prioritization and enhancements
- Make critical go/no-go decisions for feature rollouts and utilize A/B testing to optimize app performance
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management for app ecosystems, digital wallets, or retail-tech platforms
- Experience driving portfolio-level strategies and presenting roadmaps to executives
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, user story mapping, wireframing, backlog grooming, and sprint planning
- Skills in Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or Trello for product and design workflows
- Experience with data analytics tools including Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Firebase, Tableau, or Amplitude
- Domain expertise in mobile app architecture, e-commerce, loyalty systems, and payment gateways (fintech)

Job Summary: Take the helm of our flagship digital product and shape the future of retail technology. As the Product Manager for our App, you will drive the product vision, strategy, and execution to integrate diverse services—from e-commerce and loyalty programs to digital payments—into one seamless, high-performance mobile ecosystem. Job Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Super App Vision: Define and execute the roadmap for the App. Balance the integration of multiple "mini-apps" or service verticals within a single, cohesive user interface and unified user experience (UX). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central hub between Business Stakeholders, UI/UX Designers, iOS/Android Tech Leads, and QA teams. Translate complex business requirements and customer needs into clear, actionable user stories and product specifications. User-Centric Development: Champion the voice of the customer. Utilize deep "Empathy" to understand user pain points, conduct user research, and leverage data analytics to drive product enhancements and feature prioritization. Agile Product Ownership: Manage the product backlog, lead sprint planning, and ensure the engineering team delivers maximum value in every release cycle. Make critical go/no-go decisions for feature rollouts. Performance & Data Analytics: Define and monitor key product metrics (MAU, DAU, Retention Rate, Conversion, ARPU). Utilize A/B testing and data-driven insights to continuously optimize the Super App's performance and user engagement. Job Requirements: Product Management (7+ years): Extensive experience in architecting or managing App ecosystems, digital wallets, or complex retail-tech platforms. Capable of driving portfolio-level strategies and presenting product roadmaps to Executives. Skills / Tools & Technology: Product Management: Agile/Scrum, User Story Mapping, Wireframing, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning. Product & Design Tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Trello. Data & Analytics: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Firebase, Tableau, Amplitude (for user behavior tracking). Domain Expertise: Mobile App Architecture (understanding of micro-frontends/mini-apps), E-commerce, Loyalty Systems, Payment Gateways (Fintech). Professional Certifications (Advantageous): CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner). AIPMM Certified Product Manager.
