Audit internal IT controls to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
Perform internal audits of IT systems and controls to assess compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Identify risks, evaluate control effectiveness, and provide recommendations for improvement. Work remotely as part of Twilio’s global, remote-first team focused on securing communications infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audits of IT systems and controls
- Assess compliance with internal policies and regulations
- Identify and evaluate IT-related risks
- Test the effectiveness of security and operational controls
- Document findings and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in IT auditing or internal audit
- Knowledge of IT controls and frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001)
- Understanding of risk assessment methodologies
- Ability to document and communicate audit findings
- Familiarity with compliance requirements (e.g., SOC, GDPR)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
