IT Engineer
Manage endpoint lifecycle for macOS and Windows devices from enrolment to decommission
Own endpoint management across macOS and Windows for company devices, including enrolment, disk encryption, OS and patch policy, and remote wipe to keep every device managed and accounted for. Run the identity and access lifecycle end to end for joiners, movers, and leavers, including SSO administration. Ensure all devices are secure, compliant, and tracked throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Enrol and configure macOS and Windows devices for company use
- Apply disk encryption, OS updates, and patch policies across endpoints
- Perform remote wipe and decommissioning of devices when needed
- Manage user lifecycle events: joiner, mover, leaver processes
- Administer SSO and identity access controls for company systems
Requirements
- Experience managing macOS and Windows endpoints
- Knowledge of disk encryption and endpoint security policies
- Familiarity with OS patching and update management
- Experience with identity and access lifecycle (JML) processes
- Understanding of SSO implementation and user provisioning
