Investor Relations APAC - Associate / Assistant Vice President

Support investor relations for APAC clients across financial advisors and fund sponsors

Support iCapital's Investor Relations team in serving the rapidly expanding client base across Asia Pacific. Work across investors, financial advisors, fund sponsors, fund administrators, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. This role focuses on maintaining strong relationships and ensuring smooth communication within the Operations and Investment Product Management organization.

Key Responsibilities

Support investor relations activities for APAC clients
Engage with financial advisors and fund sponsors on client inquiries
Coordinate with fund administrators and internal stakeholders on client needs
Maintain communication with investors regarding product and service updates
Assist in managing client relationships across the Asia Pacific region
Contribute to a fast-paced, client-centric investor relations environment

Requirements

Experience in investor relations or related financial services
Ability to work effectively with financial advisors and fund sponsors
Experience engaging with investors and internal stakeholders
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
Knowledge of APAC financial markets and client needs
Strong communication and relationship management skills
