Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall legal matters for the company and subsidiaries
- Prepare, review, and manage complex agreements and legal documents
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Provide legal advice and support for business activities and policy development
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on legal-related matters
- Proactively identify and mitigate legal risks and exposures
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Law
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in private practice and/or in-house roles
- Experience in corporate and commercial work in technology and services
- Proven general counseling experience, preferably in a global tech startup or SaaS organization
- Broad legal knowledge in international business law, data privacy, labor law, and global tax law
- English proficiency in both written and spoken communication
