- Design and implement internal control frameworks aligned with global crypto operations

Requirements
- Experience in internal controls, risk management, or audit within financial or tech environments
- Understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, or digital asset ecosystems
- Ability to assess and improve control processes in fast-moving, global operations
- Strong analytical and documentation skills for control frameworks and risk reporting
- Experience working in remote, cross-timezone teams or global organizations
- Familiarity with compliance standards relevant to financial institutions or crypto platforms
