Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating external relations activities for the Asia-Pacific region
• Support communication and outreach efforts to airline industry stakeholders
• Help gather and organize information for regional engagement initiatives
• Contribute to projects that promote IATA's values of collaboration, trust, and inclusivity
• Participate in team meetings and follow up on action items related to external engagement
• Support administrative tasks that enable effective external partnership management

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a relevant academic program
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, remote team environment
• Interest in the aviation industry and international relations
• Proficiency in using digital collaboration and communication tools
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
