Introducing the Trainline Partner Solutions Team 👋 Trainline Partner Solutions (TPS) powers the technology behind our white label retailing product for Trainline Operating Companies, as well as our Digital Pay as You Go product. As Senior Engineering Manager, IT Solutions, you'll lead multiple engineering teams across this domain, reporting into the Head of Engineering, and play a key role in shaping the technical direction that underpins these products. You'll take ownership of OKR delivery, technical health, and a cohesive technical vision across the IT Solutions domain, while partnering closely with Product, Data, and Commercial teams to keep technical delivery aligned with business goals. This is a role suited to someone with experience in a B2B environment, comfortable managing complex systems and dependencies, and skilled at building high-performing teams that consistently deliver against ambitious commercial goals.
