Provide hands-on leadership and execution during a payroll transition for a global technology organization. Own end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. employees, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Manage multi-state payroll compliance across a distributed workforce and validate and reconcile payroll data, including employee changes such as hires and terminations. This is a fully remote, 3-month interim position.
