As an Insurance Placement Manager, you will perform duties as 'Tenaga Pialang' under OJK regulation, ensuring all insurance closing documentation complies with company policy and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
- Perform duties as 'Tenaga Pialang' in compliance with OJK regulations
- Ensure insurance closing documentation aligns with company policy and regulatory standards
- Communicate with insurers and policyholders to finalize insurance products per commercial team requirements
- Develop binder agreements with insurance partners
- Place daily insurance acceptances from prospect through bind/close to annual renewal
- Optionally participate in claim management processes
Requirements
- More than 8 years of experience in insurance placement
- Proven placement experience
- Insurance qualifications such as CIIB, APAI, or AAIK Certification Levels 5 & 6
- Familiarity with OJK regulations
- Experience in high-growth environments, preferably with MNC and startup exposure
- Critical thinking, growth mindset, and self-starter attitude
