Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Philippine team including claims processing and customer service
- Develop and implement process flows for efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance

- Collaborate with Business Development and Head of Placement for smooth deal-to-execution transitions
- Ensure adherence to Insurance Commission of the Philippines and other Southeast Asian regulations
- Work with IT, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align operations with business goals
Requirements
- Experience overseeing local operations teams in insurance or related fields
- Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, especially with the Insurance Commission of the Philippines
- Ability to support regional offices across Southeast Asia
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including IT, Sales, Marketing, and Finance
- Experience developing and implementing efficient operational process flows
- Background in performance management and team development
