Provide exceptional support to VIP and institutional clients in LATAM for a 12-month contract
Handle client inquiries, onboard new accounts, and ensure seamless trading experiences for high-value clients across Latin America, contributing to Binance's institutional growth.

- Manage client relationships and inquiries from LATAM-based VIPs and institutions
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new institutional accounts

- Stay updated on regional regulatory changes and communicate their impact to clients
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills
- Understanding of blockchain technology and digital assets
- Experience in client services, account management, or a similar role
- Knowledge of LATAM's financial landscape and regulatory environment
