Insights Partner
Partner with teams to deliver actionable customer insights for product development
As an Insights Partner at UserTesting, you will collaborate with organizations to gather and analyze customer feedback that informs product decisions. Your work will focus on embedding real human perspectives into development processes from ideation to launch. You will help teams eliminate guesswork and align stakeholders using fast, actionable insights from a global participant network and AI-powered analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their research goals and define insight needs
- Guide teams in designing studies that capture relevant customer feedback at each development stage
- Facilitate sessions to collect and interpret user feedback using UserTesting’s platform
- Synthesize findings into clear, actionable reports that support product decisions
- Help integrate customer insights into workflows to reduce guesswork and align stakeholders
- Support the use of AI-powered analysis and seamless integrations to speed up insight delivery
Requirements
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in product, design, or research contexts
- Ability to translate user feedback into clear, actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with customer research methods and usability testing principles
- Strong communication and presentation skills for sharing insights with stakeholders
- Comfort using digital collaboration and research platforms
- Passion for improving customer experience through human-centered insights
