Immigration Legal Assistant (Mandarin Bilingual)

Assist immigration attorneys with client case preparation and documentation

Support immigration attorneys in preparing and organizing client case files, including gathering documents, completing forms, and maintaining case records. Work remotely as an independent contractor to assist with various immigration matters such as visas, green cards, and naturalization. Collaborate with legal team to ensure accurate and timely submission of immigration applications to government agencies.
