Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support for General Insurance systems ensuring high availability and performance
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Delivery Managers to implement application enhancements
- Monitor and manage Business-as-Usual operations including incident resolution and problem management
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues with infrastructure, development, and vendor teams
- Perform SQL queries and data analysis to support troubleshooting and operational requests
- Conduct API testing and validation using tools such as Postman
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
- 2–4 years of experience in application development, application support, or technical project coordination
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases
