Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements through stakeholder engagement
- Prepare functional specifications and user requirement documents for application development
- Configure products and system settings based on approved business requirements
- Develop test plans, execute system testing, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions
- Coordinate with vendors, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional specification writing
- Hands-on experience supporting system implementation, configuration, testing, and UAT
- Experience managing vendors and coordinating cross-functional project delivery
- Knowledge of data migration activities
