Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities
- Gather, analyze, document, validate, and manage business and system requirements
- Translate business requirements into user stories, functional and non-functional requirements
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions
- Support Agile delivery by participating in backlog refinement and sprint planning
- Define acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 3–5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role
- Proven experience in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, and stakeholder management
- Experience supporting system implementation, application development, or digital transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies
