Key Responsibilities
- Review product and functional specifications to analyze system gaps and recommend improvements
- Organize and participate in workshops with users to understand requirements and produce business workflow documents
- Prepare and document business requirements, conduct walkthroughs, reviews, and sign-offs with stakeholders
- Define test scope, formulate test plans, and participate in user acceptance testing with proper documentation
- Prepare user guides and conduct training for operational users on new system deployments
- Assess feasibility, benefits, and risks of new IT solutions and recommend process improvements
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology or Business Information Systems
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of working experience in business analysis
- Experience in analyzing systems gaps and business processes
- Experience in writing test plans and conducting user acceptance testing
- Experience in preparing user guides and conducting training for operational users
- Knowledge of risk and compliance standards in IT and business changes
