Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of end-user devices including provisioning, patching, upgrades, and decommissioning
- Administer and maintain JAMF and SCCM endpoint management platforms
- Perform software packaging, deployment, and patch management across enterprise environments
- Troubleshoot complex endpoint and device-related issues
- Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Participate in system improvements, pilots, and proof-of-concept initiatives to identify automation and optimisation opportunities
Requirements
- Strong hands-on administration experience in JAMF Admin Console
- Strong hands-on administration experience in SCCM Admin Console
- Experience with software packaging, deployments, patch management, and troubleshooting in SCCM
- Strong experience with Windows 11 and enterprise endpoint environments
- Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting skills
- Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes
