HRBP Officer
Enhance employee experience and retention through HR programs
The HR Business Partner will deliver excellent employee experience by managing the full employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding. They will collaborate with stakeholders to improve work relations, boost morale, and increase productivity and retention. Responsibilities include performance management, policy implementation, HRIS reporting, and developing career development and wellbeing initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee life cycle including onboarding and offboarding processes
- Collaborate with team leaders to monitor and analyze employee performance
- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention programs
- Ensure HR policies align with local guidelines and improve organizational structure
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate reports for management decisions
Requirements
- Good proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to interact proactively with management and employees at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of Vietnam labor laws and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
