SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE - Deep knowledge of French labor law, social declarations (DSN), and payroll compliance. - Comfortable working across jurisdictions and adapting to different local requirements. - Strong analytical mindset — you spot errors before they become problems. - Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) — both are used daily. - Proficient with HRIS platforms and payroll tools; Excel/Sheets skills to back it up. SOFT SKILLS & MINDSET - You're a builder: you don't just manage processes, you improve them. - Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture. - Calm under pressure, especially around payroll close and regulatory deadlines. - A natural collaborator — you work seamlessly with Finance, Legal, HRBPs, and business leaders. - Direct, clear communicator who brings structure to complex topics.
