Full Description
Introduction Reporting to HR Manager and HRBP Team Leader, HR Business Partner will be responsible for delivering excellent employee experience to ensure smooth operations as well confidentiality and punctuality regarding all HR processes and policies. The HRBP will play a key role in providing both operational and strategic human resources support to develop and coordinate programs which directly support the achievement of business objectives. Responsibility The HRBP will be a critical bridge between the Company and the Employee, and be responsible for the full employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding. Main responsibilities are included but not limited to following: Business Partnering: Work closely with stakeholders to enhance work relations, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention. The HRBP will ensure that HR strategies are closely aligned with the unique needs and objectives of the site, helping to create a cohesive and motivated workforce. Employee Performance Management Collaborate with team leaders and managers to monitor and analyze employee performance, facilitating the achievement of business goals. Employee Engagement and retention Strengthen employee engagement and retention via employee relation programs, coaching, and establish positive relationships with internal teams and external institutes relation programs; Policy Implementation Develop HR strategies in line with local HR guidelines, identify areas for improvement such as organizational structure and job grading, and initiate projects to enhance career development, employee wellbeing, and the working environment; HRIS and Reporting Manage the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and generate comprehensive reports for management to make informed decisions regarding staffing, attrition, overtime, and more. Key skills and experience Good proficiency in English (both written and verbal) and in Microsoft Excel; Ability to interact proactively with management and employees at all levels within the organization in the resolution of HR perspective; Ability to deal with various types of persons using appropriate conversation and methods; HR Business Partnering experience is a strong plus; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong understanding of Vietnam labors and best practices; Experience in data analysis; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Ability to work night shifts when required as our service is 24/7. Experience in event organization is an advantage. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in manufacturing or BPO companies, or who have extensive experience in handling labor relations. - Pendidikan S1 dalam Human Resources atau bidang terkait
