HR Manager, Lifecycle Time & Attendance - APAC
Manage employee lifecycle data for APAC region, ensuring compliance and accurate time & attendance tracking.
Maintain and update employee records, manage leave requests, and oversee time and attendance systems for Remote's APAC team, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and leave management for APAC employees.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of employee data, including personal details, contracts, and leave entitlements.
- Manage time and attendance systems, resolving any discrepancies and ensuring proper tracking of working hours.
Requirements
- Experience in HR administration, particularly in employee lifecycle management and time & attendance systems.
- Knowledge of APAC labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software, with strong data management skills.
