Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee lifecycle for Malaysia and Thailand offices from onboarding to offboarding
- Provide day-to-day HR operational support to employees and managers in Malaysia and Thailand
- Conduct regional HR data analytics to inform decision-making across Southeast Asian countries
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives supporting a positive and inclusive culture
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and guide acquisition best practices
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations in Malaysia and Thailand
Requirements
- Experience as an HR Business Partner
- Strong focus on talent development and learning and development
- Experience with employer branding, compensation and rewards
- Understanding of employee lifecycle processes
- Ability to work across multiple Southeast Asian countries and align with local labor laws
- Experience supporting regional HR teams and business stakeholders
