Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers to understand business needs and develop aligned HR solutions
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to employees and managers
- Manage employee relations issues and offer coaching and counseling
- Lead the performance management process including goal setting and evaluations
- Collaborate with recruitment to identify and attract top talent
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven experience in employee relations and performance management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
