Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, stock renewal, workforce planning, and organizational change). Assists senior management in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives. May play a role in administering talent management and succession planning activity within client organization. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving. Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness. Considered an internal expert in their functional area of expertise. Works on issues that impact design/selling success or addresses future concepts. Acts independently with a wide range of latitude to determine objectives and approaches to critical projects and/or programs. Typically requires a degree and a minimum of 15 years of experience.
