Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive growth strategy across user acquisition, token adoption, revenue, and ecosystem expansion
- Analyze business data, market trends, and ecosystem dynamics to identify growth opportunities
- Launch and oversee campaigns to increase token volume, market cap, wallet holders, and user adoption
- Develop and refine go-to-market strategies for SaaS and API products with BD and Product teams
- Cultivate strategic relationships with exchanges, L1s, DeFi protocols, launchpads, and Web3 entities
- Align BD, Product, Marketing, and Community teams around key growth KPIs
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategic or executive roles in Web3, Fintech, or Tech
- Proven track record of scaling users, revenue, and partnerships in a high-growth environment
- Deep understanding of tokenomics, blockchain ecosystems, and go-to-market strategy
- Data-driven decision maker who knows how to prioritize, execute, and iterate fast
