Head of Placement, Philippines
Lead insurance partnerships to scale customer acquisition and brand equity
As Head of Placement, you will lead and drive insurance partnerships while developing growth strategies for insurance products. You will collaborate closely with Commercial and Product teams to ensure successful execution of action plans aligned with business goals. Your work will focus on prospecting, liaising, and managing business and insurance partners to discover value and provide great service quality, with growth as the primary KPI.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, liaise, and manage business and insurance partners to discover value and ensure service quality
- Prepare and negotiate business relationships and transactions with insurance partners
- Identify, prospect, and close deals focused on on-demand industries such as e-commerce, telco, travel, hospitality, and healthcare
- Work closely with regional Insurance, Product, Tech, Actuary, Commercial, and Legal teams to develop insurance product requirements
- Drive commercial optimization for improvements and ensure deliveries meet requirements
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Business or Finance
- Experience in insurance partnerships and business development
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Tech, and Legal
- Experience in on-demand industries such as e-commerce, telco, travel, hospitality, or healthcare
- Skills in prospecting, negotiating, and managing business relationships
