- Architect and optimize inter-departmental workflows across Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer Support

- Translate executive business goals into actionable operational roadmaps
- Ensure disciplined growth while maintaining entrepreneurial speed and culture
Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional experience in high-growth environments
- Technical background in Engineering or Technical Product Management
- Experience resolving ambiguous, high-stakes operational issues
- Ability to bridge technical infrastructure and business execution
- Experience in SaaS or HRTech environments
