Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategy across paid and organic channels
- Manage budget allocation for paid media including Meta, Google Ads, influencer, and affiliate
- Optimize lifecycle marketing through email, SMS, and push for retention and LTV
- Analyze performance data, run A/B tests, and iterate on growth strategies
- Lead and develop a team of specialists in paid media, retention, and analytics
- Partner with product and engineering to improve customer journey and retention
Requirements
- 5+ years in growth, performance, or ecommerce marketing
- Strong expertise in paid acquisition platforms like Meta and Google Ads
- Experience with lifecycle marketing including email and SMS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Ability to analyze growth metrics and run data-driven experiments
- Experience leading or developing a marketing team
