The Role Cognition is building momentum internationally, and this role exists to turn early traction into a durable market presence. You will own the end-to-end marketing motion for EMEA — from how we show up in the market to how we generate pipeline and build the Cognition brand with developers, technical buyers, and enterprise decision-makers. This is a builder role. You'll work closely with HQ marketing and our EMEA Country Head to localize global programs, create net-new initiatives where needed, and ensure Cognition is credible and compelling to audiences . Adapting global programs and building local ones where gaps exist. - Partner with the EMEA sales and account teams to align marketing activity to pipeline priorities and key target accounts. - Own vertical ABM strategy and run targeted campaigns that are grounded in real customer outcomes. - Localize core positioning and messaging for the EMEA market, working closely with product marketing. - Lead EMEA events strategy, including owned events and third-party sponsorships, in partnership with global programming. - Build and own the EMEA partner marketing motion, developing co-marketing programs with resellers, SIs, and platform partners that generate pipeline and extend Cognition's reach into accounts. - Develop joint GTM programs with key partners: co-branded campaigns, partner-led events, solution briefs, and field enablement that helps partners tell the Cognition story credibly - Track and report on pipeline contribution and marketing performance for the region. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE - Cognition has a credible, consistent brand presence in the Japanese market - Partner marketing is a meaningful and measurable pipeline channel - Key SI and platform partners can tell the Cognition story and are actively co-selling and co-marketing - HQ and EMEA are tightly aligned on messaging, programs, and priorities - Cognition becomes known as a serious player in the EMEA developer and enterprise ecosystem You Should Be: - 5–10 years in enterprise B2B GTM, with meaningful experience in EMEA marketing roles. - Fluent in English; able to operate credibly in both cultures and navigate the nuances of each. - Experienced across a mix of demand generation, field marketing, partner marketing, and events — this is not a specialist role - Experienced building and executing partner marketing programs with resellers, SIs, GSIs, and platform alliances - A strong operator who's comfortable building in an environment where not everything is defined. You know how to pull from HQ while moving independently - Able to translate complex technical products (AI, developer tools) into messaging that resonates with EMEA enterprise buyers and technical audiences - Collaborative and low-ego Bonus Points: - Experience in developer tools, AI/ML, or engineering productivity platforms - Background at a company with a services-plus-product model (forward-deployed engineers, professional services, or solutions engineering) - Existing relationships with key EMEA SIs and resellers EQUAL OPPORTUNITY Cognition is an equal opportunity employer.
