Head of Data Engineering & Analytics
Build and optimize the data platform to enable self-service analytics across teams
Own and manage the AWS Redshift data warehouse, including schema design, performance tuning, and cost optimization. Build and monitor ETL/ELT pipelines using Airbyte, Segment, and Reverse ETL. Evaluate and introduce dbt to structure data transformations. Integrate data sources across product, marketing, and sales systems. Coach non-technical teams to build their own reports and drive self-service analytics adoption.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the AWS Redshift data warehouse including schema design and performance tuning
- Build, maintain, and monitor ETL/ELT pipelines using Airbyte, Segment, and Reverse ETL
- Evaluate and introduce dbt to bring structure, version control, and testing to data transformations
- Integrate data sources across product databases, marketing platforms, and sales tools
- Coach marketing and sales team members to build their own reports and use data effectively
Requirements
- Experience building and managing data warehouses on AWS Redshift
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL and building ETL/ELT pipelines
- Experience with Airbyte, Segment, and similar data integration tools
- Familiarity with dbt or equivalent tools for data transformation
- Ability to coach non-technical stakeholders in data usage and report building
