Head of Business Development
Build and lead the Business Development department from the ground up
Lead and scale the Business Development department by building its structure, team, and KPIs from the ground up. Drive revenue through SaaS product sales, secure high-profile partnerships, and expand adoption of AI and API solutions. Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to align BD efforts with product roadmaps and provide partner feedback to inform business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Business Development department structure, team, and KPIs
- Design scalable sales pipelines and client acquisition strategies for SaaS and API offerings
- Identify, pursue, and close high-ticket sales deals for AI-driven products and services
- Secure Tier 1 partnerships with top Web3 brands, protocols, and platforms
- Track and report performance metrics tied to pipeline growth, partnerships, and revenue
- Optimize sales playbooks, outreach strategies, and pitch materials based on data and results
Requirements
- 5+ years in Business Development or Sales
- Proven experience closing high-ticket sales deals or enterprise partnerships
- Deep understanding of the Web3 landscape including blockchain protocols, exchanges, dApps, and APIs
- Excellent communication skills
