Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Background in business development or client-facing roles
- Experience in prospecting and closing deals
- Strong negotiation skills with insurance partners
- Ability to manage distribution channels and client relationships
- Experience working with compliance teams in regulated environments
