Head of Alliances, EMEA & APAC
Build strategic alliance partnerships across EMEA and APAC regions
As Head of Alliances for EMEA and APAC, you will develop and execute partnership strategies to expand Locus Robotics' market presence. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive joint go-to-market initiatives and co-sell opportunities. Your focus will be on scaling alliances that support the deployment of LocusONE platform and autonomous mobile robots in warehouse operations globally.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional alliance strategies for EMEA and APAC
- Identify and onboard new technology and channel partners
- Co-develop joint go-to-market plans with alliance partners
- Manage partner relationships and track performance against goals
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on partner enablement
- Represent Locus Robotics at industry events and partner forums
Requirements
- Proven experience in alliance management or business development
- Deep understanding of the warehouse automation or robotics industry
- Experience working with technology partners in EMEA and APAC regions
- Strong track record in building and scaling partner ecosystems
- Ability to travel as needed for partner engagement
- Strategic thinking with execution focus on revenue-generating partnerships
