Head of Agent Relations
Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients deploying AI voice agents
As Head of Agent Relations at Speechify, you will build and manage relationships with enterprise clients deploying SIMBA Voice Agents. Your focus will be on supporting companies using natural, human-sounding AI voice agents in 71+ languages with sub-second latency. You will work directly with clients to ensure successful deployment and ongoing satisfaction with the product.

Requirements
- Experience managing enterprise client relationships
- Background in AI, voice technology, or SaaS products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work remotely in a global team
- Understanding of technical product capabilities
- Experience driving client adoption and retention
