Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals on integrated workforce solutions

Requirements

Experience selling HR technology, payroll systems, or enterprise SaaS solutions
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles in the HCM or HR software space
Strong consultative selling skills with experience in needs-based solution positioning
Familiarity with HR and payroll automation challenges faced by mid-to-large businesses
Track record of achieving sales targets in competitive enterprise software markets
