Our Specialized Intelligence platform automatically captures how work happens and turns it into a living asset that helps people and AI agents do their best work. Based in San Francisco, we've been named a LinkedIn Top Startup, are valued at over $1 billion, and are backed by leading investors. Join us in our mission to transform how people do work. 📌 ABOUT THE ROLE GTM Systems owns Salesforce architecture, HubSpot administration, LeanData routing, enrichment infrastructure, CPQ, and the Salesforce-Django-ERP billing integration, several of which sit on the critical path for closing revenue and invoicing customers. It's a one-person function today, and the roadmap has outgrown what one person can execute alone. As GTM Systems Manager, you'll build inside an existing architecture, take ownership of well-scoped workstreams, and grow into more ambiguous, higher-stakes systems problems as you prove yourself out. 🛠️ WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and maintain Salesforce flows, validation rules, page layouts, and permission sets within existing architectural patterns - Own production support: triage outages, broken automation, and access issues, resolving or escalating inside SLA - Keep LeanData routing graphs (Lead, Contact, Account) accurate as the business changes - Run the enrichment stack day to day, including Clay and PDL workbook upkeep, credit monitoring, and CRM hygiene - Administer HubSpot campaign architecture and lead routing configuration - Partner with the Senior Manager, GTM Systems on CPQ configuration alongside Deal Desk - Close out well-defined tickets on the Salesforce-Django-ERP order-to-cash integration with Engineering 🔍 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - You've spent 5 to 7 years deep in Salesforce administration, RevOps, or GTM systems, and admin fundamentals, flows, validation rules, permission sets, page layouts, sandbox-to-production change management, are second nature - You can pick up an existing architecture and build cleanly inside it without needing to redesign it first - Day-to-day admin, ticket triage, and production support don't feel like a step down to you - Your changes don't break things, and when they do, you catch it in sandbox before it ships - You use AI-native tools like Claude or Cursor as a daily operating tool, not an occasional novelty - You want a path from well-defined execution today toward architecture ownership tomorrow ✨ NICE TO HAVE - Salesforce Administrator certification - Experience with LeanData, Clay, or CPQ platforms - Exposure to a Salesforce-to-ERP or billing integration - Background in B2B SaaS, ideally PLG or hybrid GTM models 🚫 THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF - You want to define architecture on day one; this role builds within existing patterns and earns ownership over time - You'd rather advise than execute; this is hands-on configuration and admin work, not a strategy seat - You see production support and ticket triage as beneath you 📍 LOCATION REMOTE, WITH A REQUIREMENT TO BE BASED PERMANENTLY IN THE UNITED STATES OR CANADA. 💰 COMPENSATION Salary varies by location.
