Data-fluent: Adept at sourcing quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize a roadmap and make feature calls, and decisive when the data won't settle it. A student of habit formation: You know what drives repeat daily usage and how to build the mechanics (streaks, reminders, progress, celebration) that turn a new user into a daily one.
