Key Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy for the AI Care platform
Prioritize features across pain, women’s, movement, and mental health use cases
Collaborate with engineering, clinical, and data teams to ship AI-driven solutions
Measure and improve platform adoption and health outcomes for members
Align product roadmap with cost reduction goals for payers and employers
Scale platform functionality to support growth across new regions and segments

Requirements

Experience managing complex healthcare or AI-integrated platforms
Background in product management for digital health or SaaS products
Ability to translate clinical and business goals into product roadmaps
Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering and clinical staff
Track record of launching products that improve health outcomes or reduce costs
Familiarity with payer, employer, or national health system markets
