As a Group Product Manager you will lead the strategy, vision, and execution of EBANX's payment solutions. This is a leadership role that sits at the intersection of product strategy, commercial growth, and team development. You will own the product direction for South Cone LatAm payments end-to-end, while simultaneously building and nurturing a high-performing team of product managers. You will be accountable for translating EBANX's strategic ambitions into a clear, executable product roadmap — driving adoption, expanding market share, and ensuring our payment solutions remain best-in-class for global merchants. This role demands a leader who can operate at altitude when setting vision, and get into the details when it matters. What your day-to-day will look like Product Strategy & Vision Define and own the multi-year product strategy for our payment solutions, aligned with EBANX's global ambitions and local market dynamics; Translate business objectives into a compelling, prioritized roadmap that balances short-term commercial wins with long-term platform investments; Act as the executive voice of the South Cone LatAm payments product across the organization — from C-level alignment to cross-functional execution; Identify emerging market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive movements to proactively shape product direction; Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and customer obsession; Set clear expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and drive career development for each team member; Establish effective product practices across the team — discovery, delivery, go-to-market, and performance monitoring; Create clarity on roles, responsibilities, and decision-making frameworks to enable the team to operate with autonomy; Commercial Impact & Cross-functional Alignment Partner closely with commercial, operations, finance, legal, compliance, marketing, and engineering to build scalable, compliant, high-impact solutions; Drive go-to-market strategy for new payment methods and features — including pricing, positioning, enablement, and performance tracking; Be the connective tissue between merchant feedback, local market insight, and global product direction; Own key performance metrics (TPV, revenue, cost of payment, margins) and drive continuous improvement across the payment funnel; Discovery & Delivery Excellence Champion a rigorous discovery process across the team — competitive analysis, customer research, data-driven insights, and sta
