Manage payroll for 5,000 retail employees across global locations
Oversee payroll operations for 5,000 retail employees across the UK, Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific. Provide approval sign-off for 15 payrolls and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payments. Work closely with the Head of Global Payroll to support payroll strategy and operations.
