Requirements

  • Experience with Figma and/or Canva
  • Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, color, and branding
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant professional work

This is a 100% remote position where you will be responsible for creating engaging and consistent visual content that strengthens our brand identity and supports both internal and external communications. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, People, and other cross-functional teams to translate ideas and business needs into compelling visual assets across digital channels. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer who can work independently, manage multiple projects, and maintain a strong and consistent visual identity. What You'll Lead and Build Design creative assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and the company website. Develop corporate presentations, branded materials, and other visual communications. Create employer branding assets that support Pearster's talent attraction and employee engagement initiatives. Design internal communication materials for employees and teams. Adapt creative assets for different digital platforms, formats, and audiences. Ensure visual consistency across all brand communications and materials. Collaborate with Marketing, People, and other departments on campaigns and special projects. Edit images and perform basic photo retouching. Create and adapt visual content based on established brand guidelines. Maintain, organize, and update the company's design asset library. Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts for new campaigns and initiatives. What You Bring to the Table Degree or formal training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 2+ years of professional graphic design experience. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Experience with Figma and/or Canva. Basic video editing skills using Premiere, CapCut, or similar tools are a plus. Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, color, and branding. Portfolio showcasing relevant professional work. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
