Key Responsibilities

  • Translate complex technical workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences

  • Analyze research insights and feedback to propose practical, technically feasible design enhancements

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in UX, Product Design, or related roles
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating the User-Centered Design (UCD) process
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma and Adobe Illustrator
  • Experience with prototyping tools
  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML/CSS)
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance design workflows is a plus

Overview We are seeking a passionate UX Designer to create intuitive tools and workflows that empower developers and public officers. In this role, you will shape user experiences that improve efficiency, accessibility, and usability of digital government services. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to solve complex problems and deliver impactful, user-centric solutions in a high-performing Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Transform Complexity into Clarity Translate complex technical workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences. Simplify processes to improve usability and efficiency. Champion User-Centric Design Engage stakeholders and end users to understand needs and pain points. Advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle. End-to-End Design Execution Drive the design process from concept to delivery. Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Balance user needs with business and technical constraints. User Research & Validation Plan and conduct usability testing, interviews, contextual inquiries, and surveys. Identify user pain points and validate design decisions. Data-Driven Iteration Analyse research insights and feedback to propose improvements. Recommend practical, technically feasible design enhancements. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity. Present design rationale clearly to stakeholders to build shared understanding. Required Qualifications Experience Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in UX, Product Design, or related roles. Portfolio Strong portfolio demonstrating the User-Centered Design (UCD) process, including research, prototyping, and visual design. Design Tools Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma and Adobe Illustrator (or equivalent) and e xperience with prototyping tools.
