Lead development of GIS applications using ESRI's ArcGIS Enterprise platform
Lead the development and customization of GIS applications using ESRI's ArcGIS Enterprise platform. Design and implement FME workflows for spatial data transformation and integration. Develop and maintain REST APIs for geospatial services and clash analysis. Optimize spatial queries and improve performance of GIS services while providing technical leadership in geospatial architecture decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and customization of GIS applications using ESRI's ArcGIS Enterprise platform
- Design and implement FME workflows for spatial data transformation and integration
- Develop and maintain REST APIs for geospatial services and clash analysis
- Optimize spatial queries and improve performance of GIS services
- Provide technical leadership in geospatial architecture decisions
- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality of GIS implementations
Requirements
- At least 5 years of development experience in geospatial areas such as 3D Mapping, Survey and Mapping, Map layer management, or Global posit
- Proficiency in developing and consuming REST APIs for spatial services
- Strong understanding of spatial databases (Oracle Spatial, PostGIS)
- Basic experience with Python scripting for GIS automation
- Knowledge of web mapping technologies and standards (OGC)
- Experience working in agile development environments
